How do I sign up and create a pet profile on Tele-Vet?   

  • Simply click on Sign Up and fill out the information
  • Pick the subscription model that better works for you
  • Go to your profile and add or modify any information here.


What types of veterinary services are available on Tele-Vet?

  • We have Veterinarian Doctors and Veterinarian Professionals also known as Technicians


How can I book an appointment with a veterinarian?

  • Once you have signed up you can click on Explore, Here you will find all our Veterinarians and Technicians available.
  • When you find the right one, click on their card and it will take you to their profile and availability.
  • Just look for the day and time that works for you and proceed with the booking.
  • All set, you will receive some emails confirming your appointments.
  • You will also receive some reminders, we want to make sure our doctors spend their time in the best way possible.


Are Tele-Vet veterinarians licensed and qualified?

  • Yes, all our Veterinarian Doctors and technicians go through a verification process before they get to the consultation stage.
  • We check both, qualifications and registration with the College of Veterinarians of British Columbia as well as their identity.


What should I do in case of a pet emergency?

  • In case of an Emergency please take your furry companion to the closest Pet Hospital, Tele-Vet is not an emergency service.


Can I get prescriptions through Tele-Vet?

  • Not at the moment, but we are working to get this service available soon.


How does payment for consultations work?

  • Every Doctor and Technician has their rates and different time frames, from 15 minutes to 45 minutes.
  • Once you find the right one for you, go ahead and pick a date and time that works for you, book your appointment, and pay for the consultation.
  • If you have our discounted subscriptions, don't forget to enter your discount code.


Is my pet’s information and consultation history secure?

  • Yes, we use private servers with end-to-end encryption


Can I access Tele-Vet from anywhere?

  • As long as you have a cellphone with a camera and internet connection you can use our app anywhere.


How can I provide feedback or report an issue with the app?
